4. GENERAL TERMS

4.1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the basic features, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product/service on themeget.org, and confirms this electronically.

4.2. The product/service will be delivered to the Buyer or to a designated recipient within the time frame specified on the website, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days, depending on the delivery address.

4.3. If the product/service is to be delivered to someone other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if the designated recipient refuses to accept delivery.

4.4. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product/service in full, in accordance with the specified qualities, and with any applicable warranty documents.

4.6. If the product/service has been delivered and the credit card is later used fraudulently by unauthorized parties, resulting in non-payment to the Seller, the Buyer must return the product/service within 3 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

4.7. In case of force majeure (e.g., adverse weather, transport disruptions), the Seller is required to notify the Buyer. In such cases, the Buyer may choose to:

  • Cancel the order,

  • Request a replacement product/service, or

  • Accept a delay in delivery until the issue is resolved.

If the order is canceled, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 business days.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product/service by notifying the Seller in writing. To exercise this right, the product/service must be unused and in its original condition.

5.2. In case of withdrawal:

  • The product/service must be returned to the Seller.

  • The total amount paid will be refunded.

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the Buyer.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s location.

7. ENFORCEMENT

The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions in this agreement. This contract becomes effective once approved electronically by the Buyer.
